Handmade collar is one of the important details of blazer, which is responsible for the balance of men’s outfit. Tailors use cotton or flax dense fabric for this purpose, which is hand-sewn.
Off-set welt. If you pay attention to the left side of the chest area of classic man’s clothe. There are located upper slash pocket with off-set welt in most cases. It is served for decoration. But if gentleman want to demonstrate his own taste then he put in there chest scarf. In most cases this pocket has the same rectangular shape. But only Bespoke Tailoring technology allows to give this element a delicate arched shape. Neapolitan off-set welt is one of many unobvious signs of high-quality tailor’s craft.
Sleeve top. Sleeve is stitched up manually by our tailors, that guarantee strength and elasticity of armhole because the shoulder girdle is the most mobile detail of jacket.
Shoulder pads. The filling is composed of at least 4-5 layers what depends on shoulder form and structure. All parts are composed by natural materials: horsehair, felt wool and cotton wool. They are stacked and manually stitched layer by layer. Right and left shoulders pads have different form and thickness, because their goal is to align shoulder line of the costume.
Completion of upper armhole is handmade sleeve head, they allow to create smooth transition from shoulder to sleeve top.
